1. Wooden edge banding has the characteristics of natural and soft wood grain, invariance, and strong adhesion when pasted. It has good adhesion with furniture boards, especially when bonded seamlessly with wooden boards. Its specifications: thickness of 0.1-0.6mm, width of 1mm-100mm (special width can be customized for processing). Due to the thinness of the edge banding strip and the varying fiber densities of different woods, wooden edge banding strips also have the defects of being prone to folding and tearing. However, these defects can be compensated for by coating the back with adhesive.

PVC edge banding has the characteristics of heat resistance, oil resistance, strength, hardness, and high bendability; Its surface performance is good, wear-resistant, and repairable; The surface effect is also good, and its patterns and colors can have natural wood colors similar to natural wood, or other color patterns; The PVC edge banding with mesh or coating treatment on the bottom also has a good bonding effect. Its specifications: thickness of 0.2-3mm, width of 19-50mm. PVC edge banding with a thickness of 2mm or more has certain stress, and must be heated and softened or the temperature of the adhesive must be increased during use, otherwise it will fall off on its own due to weak adhesion caused by stress.

3. Melamine edge banding has the characteristics of wear resistance, fire resistance, oil resistance, moisture resistance, and acid and alkali resistance. It also has excellent flexibility, strong adhesion after bonding, and is not easy to fall off. Its specifications: thickness of 0.2-0.4mm, width of about 25mm. Melamine edge banding has excellent bending performance and will improve when heated, but it has the defect of easy breakage.
